At Canapuff, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping packaging or a secure box.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items reach our warehouse.
